I ask you Allah (اللهم اني اسالك)

اللهم اني أسألك
I ask you, Allah
  Oh God, I ask you as you have counted my sins to forgive them all, and as you have counted my faults to fix all of them, and as you have counted my needs to facilitate them all, and as you have counted my dependencies to help me to get rid of them all, and as you have counted my debts, to spends them all, and as you have counted my troubles to help me get rid of them, and as you have counted my diseases to heal me from them all.
